补阳还五汤加味治疗偏头痛50例临床观察

Observation of Buyanghuanwu decoction on the treatment of migraine

目的观察补阳还五汤加味治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将90例偏头痛患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、谷维素口服治疗;治疗组50例予补阳还五汤加味口服治疗2,组均以1个月为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前后总疗效,综合评分,大脑中动脉、前动脉及后动脉平均血流速度指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率75.00%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后综合评分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后综合评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组;2组治疗后大脑中动脉、前动脉及后动脉平均血流速度与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗偏头痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on the treatment of migraine.Methods 90 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=40） were treated with flunarizine and oryzanol.50 cases in treatment group were treated with Buyanghuanwu decoction.The therapeutic effect,integration score,blood flow rate of middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（96.00%） was higher than that in control group（75.00%,P〈0.05）.The integration score in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.blood flow rate of middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery indexes in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction has obvious effect on the treatment of migraine
