清肺消痤饮配合E光治疗寻常痤疮50例临床观察

Investigation of therapeutic effect of combination of Qingfei Xiaocuoyin and electric light synergy on common acne

目的观察自拟清肺消痤饮配合E光治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法将100例寻常痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例予自拟清肺消痤饮口服,同时采用E光治疗;对照组50例单纯予E光治疗。2组均治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果 2组治疗后按Doshi痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后GAGS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论清肺消痤饮配合E光治疗寻常痤疮,临床疗效较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combination of Qingfei Xiaocuoyin and electric light synergy on common acne.Methods 100 cases of common acne were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=50） were treated by combination of Qingfei Xiaocuoyin and electric light synergy.50 cases in control group were treated by electric light synergy only.The effect was observed two months later.Results The Doshi global acne grading system（GAGS） score after treatment was reduced in comparison with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.The improvement of GAGS score in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combination of Qingfei Xiaocuoyin and electric light synergy has better effect on common acne.
