摘要
同步相量测量装置可以在全球定位系统信号的控制下,对电网中的各个节点进行同步相量测量,其测量结果可为电网的安全稳定分析提供较为关键的基础数据源。本设计采用ALTERAFPGA和NIOSII嵌入式处理器核,研制了一套电力系统同步相量测量装置。本文详细叙述了同步相量测量装置软、硬件设计结构以及设计方法,将整个装置从硬件层划分为若干模块,介绍了数据采集单元,时钟同步单元以及IEEE1588协议处理单元的设计与实现。同时还实现了硬件的FFT计算与GPS报文解析。
Phase measurement device is used to measure each grid node phase in power system with the control of global positioning system signals, the measurement results can provide data for security and stability of network which are more critical.?This design uses ALTERA FPGA and embedded processor core NIOSII, developed a phase measurement used in power system. This paper described software and hardware design of the synchronized phase measurement unit, divided different modules from the hardware of the entire device and described the data acquisition unit, the synchronization clock unit and IEEE 1588 protocol unit.?It also implemented the FFT calculation and GPS message analysis.
