Talent sourcing is a system with many government offices involved. In Hong Kong,the Advisory Committee on Admission of Quality Migrants and Professionals advises the Director of Immigration on entry applications received under the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme and Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals. The Labour and Welfare Bureau,Security Bureau and Labour Department provide support services for new arrivals.
