关于乌鲁木齐县农牧区消防安全管理工作的思考

On the Fire Safety Management at Agricultural and Pastoral Areas in Urumqi County

中央新疆工作座谈会召开，新疆迎来了大建设、大发展、大开发的高潮。农牧区经济将得到前所未有的蓬勃发展的历史机遇，但农牧区的火灾形势也越来越严峻，消防工作的任务越来越繁重。随着新疆消防工作的深入，火灾形势得到初步遏制，但由于乌鲁木齐县正处于经济转型和社会发展的关键时期，消防工作城乡发展不平衡、区域发展不平衡的问题日益突出，火灾隐患仍然大量存在，消防基础设施相对薄弱，农村群众消防安全意识淡薄，造成火灾总量仍然较大。

With the convening of Central Xinjiang works conference, Xinjiang has started the upsurge of construction and development. Also, there will be an unprecedented economic boom of historic opportunities in the agricultural and pastoral area. But the fire situation in pastoral areas is increasingly severe with more and more arduous tasks of fire prevention in relevant departments. With furthur fire prevention work in Xinjiang, the situation has been initially arrested. Because of Urumqi County is in the critical period of economic restructuring and social development, problems of uneven fire prevention development in urban and rural area, and unbalanced regional development have become increasingly prominent. Large number of fire hazards, insufficient basic fire fighting devices, and indifference to fire safety of the rural masses results in large amount of fire accidents.
