摘要
为了应对环境污染和能源危机的挑战,需要探索可持续发展的汽油发动机技术路线。本文首先通过分析欧Ⅴ排放标准和第三阶段油耗限值法规,研究其相对现有法规的加严之处;然后对发动机现有技术路线进行成本和收益分析,分析其成本和对油耗排放的贡献度;最后对各种技术路线进行综合分析,使汽油机技术方案能够在同时满足欧Ⅴ和第三阶段油耗的基础上成本降到最低。得出结论:为了使汽油发动机能够满足欧Ⅴ和第三阶段油耗限值,采用主要技术如排气VVT、提高压缩比、采用电子节温器、选择低摩擦阻力的活塞环和顶柱、重新匹配标定、改良催化器、弱混技术或者增压减排量等技术,能够满足欧Ⅴ排放法规和第三阶段油耗,成本增加最小。
In order to conquer the challenge of the environmental pollution and the energy crisis,sustainable development gasoline engine technical ways should be explored. First of all this article analyzed the difference of the Euro V emission standards and the third phase fuel consumption standard compared with the current standards. And then the current gasoline engine technical ways were analyzed based on the cost and the contribution to the emission and the fuel consumption. Finally the best way could be chose which satisfied, the Euro V emission standards and the third phase fuel consumption standard. Through analysis, some conclusion could be conduced, that: The lowest cost solution, which combined the ex- haust VVT, compression ratio increasing, adopted electric thermal and low friction cylinder pin and lift, improvement of calibration and catalyst, mild hybrid or turbo charging downsize, could satisfy the Euro V emission standards and the third phase fuel consumption standard.
