摘要
某车型直拉杆总成中的球头销在使用中发生断裂,分析发现:在球头销颈部断裂部位存在异常淬硬层。通过模拟试验分析,异常淬硬层的产生原因与该部位存在原始裂纹有关。异常淬硬层产生机理:球头销颈部圆角处有原始裂纹存在,因此在感应淬火过程中,尖角效应下[1],球头一侧的磁力线被球头尖角吸收,造成圆角处无感应电流,从而导致圆角未淬上火,淬硬层分布异常。
The ball pin of the steeringdraglink assembly fractured during using. Metallographic examination showed that the fracture sites of the ball pin neck existed abnormal hardenability, and according to tbe simulate experiment analysis it was caused by the original crack sites of ball pin neck. Abnormal hardening layer formation mechanism. Because there was original cracks existenced on the ball-pin neck in induction hardening process,according to the cusp effect .The magnetic line of the ball-side was absorbed by the cusp.There was no adequate current in the round comer, so finaly re sulting in that there was abnormal hardenability distributed in the round comer.
