家庭余暇活动与家庭凝聚力的关系——从子女的角度探讨
摘要
国外的研究发现家庭余暇活动是促进家庭关系的重要元素,但在华人社会却甚少这方面的研究,且以往的研究角度均以成人为主。为此,我们尝试从儿童及青少年的角度,去探讨在香港这个华人社会中,家庭余暇活动与家庭凝聚力的关系。研究发现家庭余暇活动及活动时良好的沟通都有助于提升家庭凝聚力,而参与活动时家庭沟通的质素亦有助加强家庭余暇活动对家庭凝聚力的帮助。
