中国农村村民选举的法治化,应立足于中国农村非均衡发展的特点,应从内部理解乡村,选择适合地区发展需要的选举策略。其中,合理的政治引导;合理的利益激励;大学生当村官;依靠党的领导;提高村干部及乡镇领导的个人素质和加强法律规制都是可以选择的策略。

Villagers＇ election in the rule of law should be based on the character of unbalanced development in Chinese countryside.Besides,we should understand within the village and select the appropriate election strategy upon the regional development needs.Among these,the rational political guidance,reasonable incentive motivation,graduates as village officials,relying on the party＇s leadership,improving the village cadres and township leaders＇ personal qualities and strengthening the legal regulations are the choice of strategy.
