民营经济在我国经济实践中发挥着重要作用,是支撑中国经济高速增长的一支重要力量和生力军。随着一系列鼓励非公经济、民营经济政策的颁布,民营经济得到了快速迅猛的发展,但其发展过程中也暴露出种种问题,通过对吉林省民营经济发展状况的调查分析,我们认识到制度缺失或制度竞争力弱是阻碍民营企业进一步成长的根本原因,因此以制度创新促进民营经济的健康发展成为一种必然。

The private economy in our country economy plays an important role in practice.It is China＇s rapid economic growth of support force and an important force.As a series of encourage non-public economy,private economy policy of Jilin province,the development of private economy environment have been improved.But,according to the survey of the development of private economy condition and living condition is not optimistic.Investigate its reason,the institutional deficit or less competitive private enterprise system is the root cause of the obstacle,grow to promote the institutional innovation of private economy healthy development has become a necessity.
