The Early By-laws of The Middle Ages in the Western Europe

摘要 通过对早期村规的制定、内容以及内涵的探究,可揭示中世纪村庄共同体的内部生活,为我们深入了解村庄共同体在整个西欧社会发展过程中的作用,提供了一个新的视角。同时,通过对早期村规内涵的解读,让我们更加深刻的认识到,中世纪的村庄是一个蕴含着民主因素的共同体,这种民主的因素奠定了西方近代民主的基础。 This article analyzes the early by-laws formulation,their content and implication in order to reveal village community of the Middle Ages the internal life.It helps us deeply realize that village of the Middle Ages was a community containing the democratic factor and the kind of democratic factor which has laid the Western modern times democracy foundation.
