摘要
明晰道德权利和道德义务,是教师在专业发展过程中从"职业教师"向"专业教师"转变的必然要求,也是教师道德从"职业道德"向"专业道德"转型过程中的关键环节。从教师劳动的专业特点出发,教师应当享有获得尊重、获得人格尊严保障、获得教学话语表达、获得荣誉和公正评价等道德权利;同时,教师除了履行在社会交往关系中的普通公民的道德义务之外,还应当主动地提升自身的道德人格,自觉地尊重受教育者的发展主体性,不断加强道德自律,增强"为人师表"、"教书育人"的专业道德义务感。
It is the inevitable requirement for teachers to deeply understand the moral rights and moral obligations in the process of transfering from vocational ones to professional ones,which is also the key in the same process of teaching morality's transfering.Taking the professional characteristics of teaching in consideration,teachers should be afforded moral rights,such as geting the respectation and protection of the access to human dignity,to have expression in teaching language,to gain honor and fair evaluation;meanwhile,teachers should also improve their moral personality initiatively other than fulfill the moral obligation of ordinary citizens in the social interaction relations,and consciously respect the subjectivity of the development of students,constantly intensify the moral self-discipline and enhance the sense of professional moral obligation.
