摘要
着重阐述由三菱公司生产的PLC、变频器和触摸屏组成的三相异步电动机调速系统的工作原理及实现方法。采用PLC、变频器和编码器组成的交流变频闭环反馈调速系统,此调速系统依靠三菱PLC、变频器和触摸屏三者之间的通讯实现数据共享,同时采用开放式现场总线——CC-Link网络实现远程监控,从而达到实时控制的目的。
The working principle and implementation methods of three-phase asynchronous motor speed regulation system composed of MITSUBISHI PLC,frequency converter and touch screen are emphatically presented in this report.The PLC,frequency converter and encoder are used to compose the AC variable-frequency closed-loop feedback speed regulation system.This system realized the data sharing relied on the communication among MITSUBISHI PLC,frequency converter and touch screen,meanwhile the open field bus-CC-Link is used to realize the remote monitoring for the purpose of real-time control.
