摘要
BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-酮)是一种广谱高效的工业杀菌防霉剂,也是其他高档产品用的生物杀菌防霉剂的初始原料。其生产过程所产生的母液和废水中残留较多的BIT,如直接排放不仅造成产品损失而且增加后续处理的难度。实验通过研究A、B、C型三种大孔吸附树脂对BIT的静态吸附性能,筛选出适于实际应用的A型树脂,并对其进行动态吸附-脱附系统研究,确定了最佳的吸附与脱附工艺参数。A型树脂吸附回收生产母液中BIT的最佳操作条件为:吸附流速12 BV/h,吸附温度常温,脱附剂1.8%氢氧化钠溶液,脱附温度50℃。
Production of BIT(1,2-benzeisothiazoline-3-one),a kind of raw material for producing broad-spectrum sterilization antiseptics,yields the mother liquor containing residue BIT.This paper deals with recovery of BIT from the mother liquor by use of macroporous adsorption resin.Experiment was conducted with three kind of macroporous resins referred to as A,B and C,and static adsorption capacity of the resins were investigated,based on which Resin A was found to be the best one.According to the experiment the optimum process parameters for recovering BIT was determined.
