摘要
通过盆栽模拟试验研究了Pb、Cd及Pb-Cd复合污染土壤添加EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸)对茼蒿中叶绿素的影响。结果表明,高浓度的EDTA对茼蒿中叶绿素的含量影响大,致使叶绿素结构破坏、叶片失绿,甚至叶片全部枯萎。在Pb处理的土壤中,EDTA的添加水平为2.5 mmol/kg时,茼蒿中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b的含量比对照(E0)中的含量分别提高了38.46%,32.35%,34.48%,EDTA的添加水平为7.5 mmol/kg时,其叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b的含量比对照(E0)中的含量分别降低了42.31%,35.29%,40.23%,在Pb-Cd复合处理的土壤中,EDTA的添加在各个水平上都显著地降低了茼蒿中的叶绿素含量,且均低于单一污染处理下茼蒿中的叶绿素含量。
Bonsai simulation test was done to study the influence of EDTA added to Pb,Cd and Pb-Cd compound contaminated soil on chlorophyll in Chrysanthemum coronarium.Results indicated that highly concentrated EDTA affected the chlorophyll content in Chrysanthemum coronarium,which would cause chlorophyll disarrangement of structure,leaf chlorosis,or even withers completely.In Pb processing soil,when EDTA added by 2.5 mmol/kg,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b in the Chrysanthemum coronarium increased by 38.46%,32.35% and 34.48% respectively,while EDTA increased to 7.5 mmol/kg,the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a + b decreased by 42.31%,35.29% and 40.23% respectively.In Pb-Cd compound processing soil,EDTA obviously reduced chlorophyll content in the Chrysanthemum coronarium,compared with the separately process.
