摘要
文章将好氧工艺应用到厌氧折流板反应器中形成新型的复合折流板反应器(HBR),研究了HBR反应器对畜禽养殖废水COD和NH4+-N的去除效果,考察了反应器的挂膜性能、水力停留时间的影响和各个格室的去除效果。实验结果表明,HBR反应器对畜禽养殖废水具有较好的处理效果,在进水COD浓度、NH4+-N浓度和水力停留时间分别为900 mg/L、200 mg/L和24 h时,出水COD、NH4+-N浓度分别小于100 mg/L、60 mg/L,COD去除率和硝化率分别达到90%和70%。
The experiment was conducted on a bench-scaled anaerobic-aerobic baffled reactor treating a stream of wastewater from a big farm in Tianjin's suburb.The reactor features three columns,within which fixed bio-films are cultivated and attached on fabric media,and growth of the films is investigated,as well as the influence of hydraulic retention time(HRT) on treatment efficiency.The experimental study shows fairly good effects have been achieved with HRT 24 hr in terms of removals of COD and NH4+-N from the wastewater.
