摘要
以苦瓜、绞股蓝、山药、蜂胶、壳聚糖、吡啶甲酸铬为主要原料,研制具有辅助降血糖功能的保健食品。对该产品的工艺进行研究,并对产品的卫生指标和功效成分的稳定性进行检测。建立辅助降血糖功能体外评价方法,以对α-葡萄糖苷酶、α-淀粉酶酶的抑制作用为判定依据,评价产品辅助降血糖功效。结果表明产品具有强效辅助降血糖功能。
Developed a secondary function of auxiliary hypoglycemic activity health capsule with momordica charantia,gynostemma pentaphyllum,yam,propolis,chitosan,and chromium picolinate,and so on.The product craft process was studied,while,the hygiene guide and the stability of the main functional component were analysed and determined.Evaluation of hypoglycemic activity in vitro which based on the inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase and α-amylase was established.The hypoglycemic activity of the health capsule was judged by the method which concluded dose-effect relationship of inhibition of α-glucosidase and α-amylase.The result showed that the health capsule has potent hypoglycemic activity.
