THE SYNTHESIS OF 1,4-BIS(CHLOROMETHYL) -2-METHOXY-5-ALKOXYL BENZENE

摘要 以对甲氧基苯酚为起始原料,以甲醛、多聚甲醛和浓盐酸为双氯甲基化试剂,合成了一系列的1,4-双氯甲基-2-甲氧基-5-烷氧基苯.产率较高。 With p_methoxy phenol as starting material,a series of 1,4-bis(chloromethyl)-2-methoxy-5-alkoxyl benzene with the yield over 75% were firstly synthesized by using HCHO、(HCHO) n HCl as the re_agent of bischloromethylation.The effect of substitutent chain on chloromethylation reaction was discussed.The structures of compounds were identified by IR and 1H NMR.
