摘要
腹腔注射豚鼠气单胞菌灭活疫苗可以提高吞噬细胞和血清溶菌酶的活性．强化免疫后７２ｈ，腹腔吞噬细胞活性和血清溶菌酶活性最高，吞噬率为３９８３％，吞噬指数为１８７２，而对照组的吞噬率为２６７０％，吞噬指数为１２８６，血清溶菌酶活性为６８４００Ｕ／ｍｌ，而对照组为２０１９０Ｕ／ｍｌ．我们认为。
The activities of serum lysozyme and interitoneal phagocytes of Cyprinus carpio increse after intraperitoneal injection with deactivation.The highest activities emerged 72 hours after the last immunization,the phagocytic ration was 39.83% and phagocytic index was 1.827,compared with the ration of 26.70% and the index of 1.286 in the control group;the activity of serum lysozyme was 68 400 U/ml, compared with that of 20 190 U/ml in the control group.It is suggested that to enhance the nonspecific immunity of fish is an imporant immunological mechanism of fish vaccines.
