摘要
给出多通道ＣＯ２激光器放电区热效应理论计算方法，并对多种稳定运行条件和电极尺寸下放电区热效应进行了计算。
A theoretical model for calculating the heat effect of multi channel CO 2
laser discharge area is presented. The calculations of the heat effect of discharge area have been
made under many operation conditions and electrode dimensions. The best operation conditions
and electrode dimensions for this laser are obtained.
