摘要
荧光喷墨油墨由溶剂、树脂、荧光粉、助剂等组成,其中溶剂是荧光喷墨油墨的主要组分之一,对其发光性能有着重要的影响。为了探讨溶剂对荧光喷墨油墨发光性能的影响,制备了含有不同溶剂的荧光喷墨油墨样品,测试其荧光强度,计算了油墨样品的荧光量子产率,探讨了油墨样品的荧光寿命。实验结果表明:溶剂对荧光喷墨油墨样品的发光强度和荧光量子产率影响很大,对荧光寿命影响较小;同时,当其他组分固定不变时溶剂的表面张力和黏度直接影响着荧光喷墨油墨的表面张力和黏度。
Fluorescent inkjet ink is composed of solvent,resin,phosphor,assistant etc,and solvent is one of the main components of the fluorescent inkjet ink,which has an important effect on the luminescent property.In order to discuss the effect of solvent on the luminescent property of fluorescent inkjet ink,the fluorescent inkjet ink samples were prepared with different solvents,the fluorescence intensity was tested,the fluorescence quantum yield was calculated and fluorescent lifetime was measured.The results shows that the polarity of the solvents has an important influence on the fluorescence spectrum and the fluorescence quantum yield,and the polarity of the solvents has less impact on the fluorescence lifetime. Additionally,The surface tension and viscosity of the solvent affect that of ink directly when the other components are fixed.
