236例宫颈癌放化疗局部复发相关因素分析

Cervical cancer chemotherapy related factors of local recurrence

目的：探讨影响宫颈癌Ⅱb-Ⅳa期化疗放疗后局部复发的相关因素。方法：回顾性分析236例同步化疗、放疗的宫颈癌患者资料,分别比较病程时间、临床分期、病灶包块大小、不同年龄化疗疗程、放疗总剂量。结果：236例宫颈癌Ⅱb-Ⅳa期患者同步化疗、放疗后,局部复发率17.37%,Ⅱb-Ⅲa期患者局部复发率和Ⅲb-Ⅳa期相比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;病灶直径〈3 cm患者局部复发率和病灶直径≥3 cm患者相比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;化疗1个周期后再行5个放疗与同步放化疗患者局部复发率相比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;不同年龄的影响,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：宫颈癌局部复发的影响因素有临床分期较晚、病灶包块大小及化疗疗程。

Objective：Explore the impact of cervical cancer Ⅱb-Ⅳa local recurrence after radiotherapy with chemotherapy-related factors.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 236 cases of concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cervical cancer data,and compares the time course of the disease,clinical stage,tumor size of mass,age cycles of chemotherapy,radiotherapy total dose.Results： 236 cases of cervical cancer Ⅱb-Ⅳa patient chemotherapy,radiotherapy,local recurrence rate of 17.37%,Ⅱb-Ⅲa period of patients with local recurrence and Ⅲb-Ⅳa phase difference was significant（P〈0.05）;lesion diameter 〈3 cm patients with local recurrence and tumor diameter ≥ 3 cm in patients compared the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;chemotherapy one cycle after the line of five radiotherapy and concurrent chemo radiotherapy in patients with local recurrence rates compared,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;the impact of different age,the difference was not significant（P〉 0.05）.Conclusions： Factors affecting local recurrence of cervical cancer by the late clinical stage,lesion size and mass chemotherapy cycles.
