摘要
对注塑模具以及制品的冷却过程进行分析.从热力学基本理论出发,引入合理的假设和简化,建立了注塑冷却过程的数学模型。
Integrated theory and computer programs are developed systematically for the simulation of
cooling of injection molds and parts. The mathematical models are built on the theory of
thermodynamics mechanics and the reasonable assumptions. The combined numerical methods
of Boundary Element Method and Finite Difference Method are applied to calculating the
temperature profiles of molds and parts.
