乳酸浓度与2型糖尿病并乳酸酸中毒相关性研究

Retrospective study of plasma concentration of lactic acid and type 2 diabetes with lactic acidosis

目的:血浆乳酸浓度水平与2型糖尿病并乳酸酸中毒病情危重程度是否相关。方法:对我院急诊科2006-2010年收治的32例2型糖尿病并乳酸酸中毒患者的临床资料做回顾性分析。结果:患者平均血乳酸水平为(10.9±3.8)mmol/L,血乳酸水平与生存率无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血乳酸水平和生存率无明显相关性。

Objective：To evaluate whether plasma concentration of lactic acid in type 2 diabetes with lactic acidosis was associated with severity of patients.Methods：A total of 32 Type 2 diabetes with lactic acidosis in emergency department from 2006 to 2010 were studied retrospectively.Results： The average level of lactic acid in plasma was（10.9±3.8） mmol/L,the level of lactic acid in plasma was no correlative with survival rate.Conclusions： The level of lactic acid in plasma was no correlative with survival rate.
