彩色多普勒血流显像对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

Evluating Value of Color Doppler Flew Imaging in Diagnosis of Deep Venous Throabosis in Lowe～Limbs

目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFl)对下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的诊断价值。方法:对61例临床疑诊为下肢深静脉血栓的病例进行检查,测量患肢静脉的管径、受累部位,观察声像图改变及彩色多普勒的血流特征。结果:彩超检出并经临床或手术证实下肢深静脉血栓54例,其他疾病7例。结论:彩色多普勒血流显像对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重复性好、可靠性高的优势。

Objective：To explore the value of CDFI in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis（DVT）in lower limbs.Methods：61 cases clinically suspected of having DVT were examined by Color Doppler flew imaging.Results： DVT were confirmed operativelly or c1inically in 54cases and 7 cases had other diseases.Conclusions： CDFI has important value in diagnosis of DVT in lower limbs.It has several advantages such as non-invasive and reliable for diagnosising DVT.
