摘要
目的编制游离皮片移植术的临床护理路径(CNP)表格,为有效实施临床护理路径提供依据。方法通过查阅病历资料,结合临床实际和咨询整形外科专业医护人员,确定游离皮片移植术患者住院期间的标准诊疗护理项目,诊疗过程主要环节和标准住院时间。结果以"项目-时间"矩阵格式制定CNP表格。内容按患者护理评估、饮食、活动、用药、护理诊断、护理措施、预期目标、变异情况分析来制定。结论通过编制CNP表格,说明了游离皮片移植术CNP的实际可行性,为之后游离皮片移植术CNP的实施奠定基础。
Objective To design clinical nursing pathway for freeskingrafting,and improve nursing quality. Methods Through the methods such as consult medical records,expert verification,etc,design the framework,select clinical projects,and determine the standard hospital stay to establish a CNP in freeskingrafting. Results The CNP forms were standardized by ＂task-time＂ designation.Nursing items were arranged examinations,nursing assessment and interventions,drug uses,safety and exercises,diet and nutrition,nursing diagnosis,expected outcomes and variances. Conclusion The establishment of CNP has illustrates the feasibility in nursing of freeskingrafting,and it is the foundation for the implementation of CNP.
