摘要
以4个大白菜品种为材料,研究了NaCl、Na2CO3以及二者的混合溶液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,各种盐处理均抑制了种子的萌发和根的生长,随着处理浓度的增加,抑制作用也越明显。其中NaCl处理使发芽率降低5-50个百分点,根长下降20%-67%。低浓度的NaCl处理促进津绿75和北京小杂56苗高增加8%-14%,其余盐处理均抑制苗高,抑制作用也具有浓度效应。3种盐处理的抑制作用表现为混合盐碱〉Na2CO3〉NaCl,表明混合盐碱是主要的胁迫因子。
Four cabbage varieties were used as experimental materials and the seed germination and seedling growth were investigated under the salt stresses of NaCl,Na2CO3 and a mixture of NaCl+Na2CO3.The results showed that all the treatments declined the germination percentage and the growth of roots.With the increasing of the treatment concentration,the restrained degree was increasing obviously.Under the salt stresses,the growth of roots decreased greatly.When treated with NaCl,the germination percentage dropped by 5-50 points of percentage,and the length of roots dropped by 20%-67%.When treated with lower NaCl concentration,the height of seedling of Jinlü 75 and Beijingxiaoza 56 increased by 8%-14%.Other treatments had inhibitory action,and the inhibitory action had concentration effects.The order of the restrained degree of three treatments was: mixture saline-alkali〉Na2CO3〉NaCl,which showed that mixture saline-alkali was the key stress factor.
