摘要
目的观察γ-羟基丁酸在治疗急性毒鼠强中毒小鼠治疗中的解毒疗效。方法将30只小鼠均分为对照组、治疗组(每组15只),用一次性口服毒鼠强染毒小鼠的方法建立动物实验模型。给予对照组生理盐水,治疗组γ-羟基丁酸腹腔注射,观察两组小鼠中毒惊厥潜伏期、1小时内抽搐间隔时间、死亡小鼠数、平均死亡时间和病死率等指标。结果γ-羟基丁酸在延长中毒动物惊厥潜伏期(9.6±3.5min)、平均死亡时间(58.7±17.6min)和降低死亡小鼠数、病死率(60.0%)上都明显优于对照组(分别为4.4±2.8min,12.8±4.8min,100%),统计有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论γ-羟基丁酸能明显缓解毒鼠强中毒后的惊厥,减轻抽搐,降低病死率,可作为一种新的毒鼠强中毒解毒剂试用于临床。
Objective To observe the antidotal effects of gammahydroxybutyrate on acute tetramine poisoning.Methods 30 mice were randomly divided into 2 groups.The animal models were made with tetramine.The time of convulsion and death and the rate of death were recorded after injecting gammahydroxybutyrate in mice.Results Gammahydroxybutyrate could prolong the incubation period of convulsion,the death time and decrease death rate more significantly than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The antidotal effects of gammahydroxybutyrate in acute tetramine poisoning can be clinically used due to positive effects of treatment.
