摘要
分析了电容器引脚成形过程中的受力情况及成形模具对电容器性能参数的影响机理,应用SolidWorks软件对成形模具进行建模,通过CosMosXpress工具进行分析,提出了成形模具的优化设计方案。实践表明,效果良好。
This paper analyzes the load on capacitor pin in molding process, and the factors affecting the performance parameters of a capacitor. It uses SolidWorks software to set up the model of mold, uses CosMosXpress tools to analyze the model, and proposes the optimization design of shaping mould. Practices show that the design has obtained the expected effect.
