摘要
通过Hypermesh和Ls-Dyna等软件,建立汽车碰撞护栏的有限元模型。参照相关的法规,对汽车速度为80 km/h、碰撞角为20o的条件下汽车碰撞护栏过程进行安全性分析。乘员风险性主要依据碰撞过程中车辆在特定时间长度内的平均加速度及车辆的速度改变量的大小来衡量。根据仿真出的汽车质心处的加速度曲线及速度曲线对碰撞安全性进行分析,并提出改进方案。
Based on Hypermesh and Ls-Dyna software, the finite element model of W-beam guardrail crashed by a carriage is established. By referring to the relevant laws and regulations, this paper analyzes the safety of passagers in the carriage crashing theW-beam at a speed of 80 km/h and a collision angle of 20~. The risk of crew is mainly measured with the vehicle speed changing and the acceleration in particular time. According to the analysis of acceleration curve and speed curve, the paper puts forward the improvement plan.
