采煤机调高装置液压系统油路结构复杂,工作过程抽象。为了解决采煤机调高装置液压系统的培训难题,采用Visual Basic 6.0程序语言开发了调高装置液压系统CAI课件,较为详细地阐述了调高装置的工作原理,并用程序来精确控制液压元件,如换向阀、调高油缸的动作和油液流向,取得了良好的教学效果。
The hydraulic system of a shearer＇s height adjuster is complicated. In order to demonstrate the working principle of the hydraulic system better, a CAI courseware is developed using VB programming language, which is based on the analysis of the working principle of the adjusting mechanism. The action of hydraulic components, such as directional valve and adjusting cylinder is controled by a program. Good teaching effect has been obtained.
