用压力机承压板测定岩石劈裂强度的研究

Brazil Test of Rocks with Bearing Plates of Press

以峨眉地区白垩系夹关组红砂岩为研究对象，采用岩石力学方法测定劈裂强度，并进行了拉伸和压缩等辅助性试验。试验结果和理论研究表明，用承压板直接劈裂岩样是最方便的测试岩石劈裂强度的方法。

This paper presents a study on Brazil test of rocks using the bearing plates of a press. The rocks used in the study are of red sandstone(kig) of the Jiaguan section of the cretaceous period taken from Emei, Sichuan Province. Brazil tests are conducted according to rock mechanics, and tensile and press test are also done. The theoretical analysis and the experimental results show that it is feasible and convenient to carry out Brazil test with the bearing plates of a press directly.
