摘要
采用Pro/Engineer软件将二维CAD图纸转换成后桥3D模型,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件分析后桥在制动与静载作用力下的应力与应变分布,为后桥结构的改进提出指导依据,加速了产品的设计生产过程。
The 2D drawing of a rear axle is transformed into the 3D model by use of Pro/Engineer software. Then the stress and strain distribution on the rear axle under static load and in emergency brake situation are analyzed with ANSYS. The analysis results could provide reference for improving the design of rear axles.
