摘要
往复式压缩机是各类生产企业中通用的动力设备,应用于冶金、矿山、船舶、机械制造等行业部门。往复式压缩机的故障诊断通常使用振动法,但由于其机械结构复杂、运动部件多、工作时振动激励源较多,发生的故障也是多种多样,因此往复式压缩机的故障诊断就相对较复杂。介绍了压缩机振动故障的几种基本形式和原因,并通过实例对压缩机故障进行了分析。
Reciprocating compressors are widely used in metallurgy, mine, mechanical manufacturing, shipbuilding, etc. The vibration test method is generally used in the fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressors. But the fault diagnosis is not easy because of the complicated structure of reciprocating compressor. This paper introduces the basic forms of reciprocating compressor faults as well as the reasons for them, and gives an instance of reciprocating compressor fault to analysis.
