摘要
研究了钕铁硼磁体在氯化铝和氢化铝锂的四氢呋喃-苯溶液中电镀铝(包括电镀液的制备和磁体的表面处理),结果表明此方法是钕铁硼磁体有效的防腐蚀手段,并获得了银白色、细晶致密、有良好结合力和防腐蚀性能的铝镀层。
Electroplating aluminium onto NdFeB magnet from an organic solution of aluminium chloride and lithium aluminium hydride in tetrahydrofuran benzene solvent is studied, including the preparation of the electrolyte and the preparation of the magnet surface. The method is shown to be effective for NdFeB magnet. Silver white, finegrained, adherent, high corrosion resistant aluminium coating can be obtained. Polarization curves for magnet and aluminium plated magnet are measured.
