pH值对84消毒液的稳定性和消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度的影响

Influence of pH value on the stability of 84 disinfectant and the concentration shown by disinfectant concentration test paper type G-1

目的考察溶液酸碱度对84消毒液的有效氯稳定性和消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度的影响。方法用盐酸溶液调节1%84消毒液的酸碱度后,碘量法测定45 d内不同pH值的消毒液有效氯含量;并观察G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸对不同pH值及不同浓度的84消毒液的所示浓度。结果酸碱度对84消毒剂的稳定性影响很大,pH值越高,消毒剂越稳定;酸碱度对G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的测定准确性影响较大,对于临床常用浓度(1000 mg/L),pH值越高,消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度越低,仅在pH值为9～10时示值准确;消毒剂浓度稀释至500mg/L以下后,消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度才达到准确。结论 pH>13时,84消毒液最稳定;酸碱度影响G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的测定准确性;G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的使用说明需要修正。

Objective To explore the influence of pH value on the stability of 84 disinfectant and the concentration shown by disinfectant concentration test paper type G-1.Methods The pH of 1% 84 disinfection was adjusted with hydrochloric acid solution,disinfection content of disinfection was determined by iodine volume method within 45 days,and the concentration of different pH value and different concentrations of 84 disinfection shown by the g-1 typedisinfectant were observed.Results The higher pH values were,the better stability of 84 disinfectant was.The pHvalue.For common used concentration in clinical（1 000 mg /L）,the higher pH values were,the lower shown concentration was.Shown concentration by test paper type G-1 were accurate only when pH value was 9～10 or when the concentrations of 84 disinfectant was diluted to 500 mg /L below.Conclusion 84 disinfection is the most stable when thepH value 13,pH value affects the accuracy of disinfectant concentration test paper type G-1,and the manual of disinfectant concentration test paper type G-1 need to be revised.
