摘要
肺部感染是肾移植术后常见并发症,救治不利时可危及生命。治疗的关键在于根据不同时期、不同菌群感染正确选择和应用抗菌药物。本文对抗菌药物在肾移植术后肺部感染的应用进行综述,以期为疾病的预防及治疗提供参考。
Pulmonary infection after renal transplantation was a well recognized and prevalent postoperative complication.Serious life-threatening happened when adverse treatment.The key to the treatment of different bacteria in different periods of infection was correct selection and application of antibacterial drugs.The Application of antimicrobial agents of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the disease prevention and treatment.
