摘要
研究了温度及不同蛋白源饲料(泥鳅Misgurnusanguilicaudatus和黄豆饼)对乌鳢(Ophiocephalusargus)蛋白消化酶活性的影响.结果表明:温度可显著影响蛋白酶活性;胃蛋白酶、肠道蛋白酶及肝胰脏蛋白酶的最适温度分别为30℃、30℃和25℃;在最适温度及同等温度条件下,胃蛋白酶活性均比肠道蛋白酶及肝胰脏蛋白酶活性高.饲喂后9h,黄豆饼组胃蛋白酶、肠道蛋白酶达最大活性,泥鳅组为12h.
We studied the effects of temperature on the proteinase activities in the stomach,of Ointestine and hepa topancres of Ophiocephalus argus, and the changes of the proteinase activities in stomach and intestine fed with two test diets ( Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and soybean). The results showed that the optimal temperature of the proteinase in stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas is 30℃, 30℃,and 25℃respectively. Either under the optimal temperature or the same temperature conditions, the proteinase activities in stomach are higher than that of in intestine and hepatopancreas. After fed with Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and soybean, we found that the time need to reaching the highest activity of proteinase in stomach & intestine of soybeen group is 9h & 9h, and that of the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus group is group is 12h & 12h respectively.
