The implementation of region management of agricultural products quality and safety is both the necessary requirement to improve the quality of agricultural products and develop modern agriculture and the effective way for rural development,growth of agricultural efficiency and farmers＇ income too.By innovating responsibility mechanism of cooperative control and administration,management mechanism of chemical inputs,educating and training mechanisms for farmers,mechanism for standardized base construction,market monitoring and expanding mechanism and farmers-oriented consumption protection mechanism,Rushan City has built the all-directional region management barrier to quality and safety of agricultural products,established the brand of Rushan agricultural products quality,enhanced the capacity of agricultural exports,promoted the managing level of export and import businesses,enhanced the level of development of modern agriculture and finally increased farmers income.To further the full implementation of region management of agricultural products quality and safety,management of direct supply of agricultural materials and whole process traceable management must be fully promoted.Apart from that,quality and safety of high-quality agricultural products production base should be constructed and agricultural products quality inspection and testing system should be improved and so on.
