摘要
公伯峡水电站导流洞下闸蓄水1个月后对导流洞导0+159 m-导0+214 m段进行了封堵,但导流洞导0+214 m下游段改建为右岸旋流式泄洪洞下平洞段的漩流洞、水垫塘和退水洞,为此导流洞导0+214 m以下洞身段安全运行直接影响右岸泄洪洞泄洪。文章对公伯峡水电站导流洞导0+214 m以下洞身4个监测断面监测资料进行全面分析、研究,评价其运行性态。
The blocking of section 0 + 159 m - 1. 0 + 214 m has been implemented one month after the diversion tunnel of Gongboxia Hydropower Station started to impound. However, the downstream of the section 0 + 214 m has been changed into the right bank of cyclone spillway section under the adit, the swirling flow of holes, water plunge pool and the back water tunnel. So, the security of the sections down the section 0 + 214 m directly affects flood discharge of the barilleri. This paper will have a comprehensive analysis, research, and evaluation for monitoring data on 4 monitoring sections below the body of Gongboxia Hydropower Station 0 +214 m diversion tunnel.
