讨论了潮汐流动与水深变化动力系统的数学模型，给出了确定开边界及其函数的有效方法，首次建立关于谢才系数与开边界函数选取的辨识模型，并论述了有关性质．研制的软件对大连双岛湾海域作了实际计算，得到的数值结果与实测数据符合很好．

Mathematical model of dynamic system about tidal motion and depth is discussed,a new way to determine the boundary and boundary functions is found, an identification model about Xiecai coefficient and boundary functions is created and its nature is also discussed. The software made simulates the bay in Shuangdao. The results of computation are in good agreement with the observed data.
