摘要
采用显微光弹性方法,按非线性问题的模型理论,确定了涡轮盘上叶片在任一几何形状时的榫头与榫槽六个接触面、非接触自由空边及指定分析截面上的应力光图.给出了它们的应力分布曲线。
The stress patterns and distribution curves of six contact interfaces and non contact free edges are given by using microphotoelastic method according to the nonlinear model similar theory for a specific plane tenon and mortise. These results provide the experience and enlightenment to the further study and engineering design of non ideal surface contact stress analysis.
