急诊患者家庭自救互救知识认知现状及培训需求调查 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解急诊就诊患者对家庭自救互救知识认知情况及其培训需求。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对482名急诊就诊患者就各种常见急危重症和意外伤害家庭自救互救相关知识及其培训需求进行调查。结果急诊患者对家庭自救互救相关知识缺乏了解,特别是心肺复苏、心绞痛、脑中风自救互救知识掌握最差,掌握率仅为2.9%~9.8%;其余8项知识掌握率也只有10.6%~30.1%。对11项急救知识培训非常需要和需要的占62.5%~84.3%。结论急诊患者对家庭自救互救知识掌握欠缺,自救互救能力差,部分患者危机意识及自救意识不强,远远不能满足急危重症患者现场急救的需求。政府和有关部门应加强急救知识普及教育,建立有效的培训机制,以提高现场急救成功率。 Objective To understand the competence of self-and mutual-rescue of patients in emergency department and the training needs for them.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 482 cases in emergency department about their common knowledge of self-and mutual-rescue in family.Results The survey showed that it was common that most of the patients lacked knowledge of self-and mutual-rescue,especially lacked rescue knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,angina and stroke.The first-aid training was very imperative and the ratio of training need was up to 62.5%~84.3%.Conclusion Patients of the emergency department lack knowledge of family self-and mutual-rescue,part of whom lack crisis consciousness and self-rescue awareness.Government and related institutes should strengthen first-aid education and training.
