摘要
阐述了用四轴联动数控铣床在火箭发动机喷管外表面上加工螺旋槽(斜航线)的数学基础、原理和方法,并介绍了生成数控加工程序的自动编程软件的设计思想和方法.
The mathematical basis and processing principle for the manufacturing of helical grooves on rocket engine nozzle outward surface by a specially designed four axis simultaneous move CNC milling machine are presented. An auto programming software, an auxiliary tool used to generate the NC processing program, is also briefly introduced. The successful manufacturing of the helical groove has fully proved the correctness of the authors' viewpoints and the feasibility of the machining plan.
