设计需求和方案同步演化设计方法研究

摘要 针对实际工程设计中初始的设计需求模糊不明确的状况,提出了设计需求和方案同步演化设计方法。首先,应用一种形式化的符号表达形式,从理性的角度描述了设计需求和方案同步演化过程中涉及的各要素及其相互关系,建立了相应的求解模型;其次,阐述了该设计方法的逻辑过程,构建了设计需求和方案逐层同步演化的框架;最后,以无轨自动化电动门的方案设计为例,验证了设计需求和方案同步演化方法在实际产品方案设计中的实用性。 According to the initial incomplete requirements at the beginning of engineering design, it proposes the method to co-evolve the design requirement and solution step- by - step during the design process, describes the elements and their interrelations involved in the process of the co - evolution between requirement and solution with a formal symbolic expression, establishes the corresponding solving model. It elaborates the logic process of the co- evolution between requirement and solution, builds the layer by layer co - evolution framework, takes an automatic door as a case study to verify the effectiveness of the method.
