摘要
对紫红曲原生质体进行不同时间紫外线照射诱变,实验表明:采用紫外线(UV)照射60s,可获得高产突变株,该突变株M1-1的红曲色素产量是亲本株的红曲色素产量的2.27倍。
The feasibility of the protoplast uv mutagenesis for increasing Monascus pigment was studied on Monascus anka strain.The experiments showed that the high mutant was obtained by uv irradiation of the protoplasts for 60 seconds.The Monascus pigment content of the mutant was 2 27 times of that of the parent strain.The results indicate that the protoplast mutagenesis is a better approach to increase Monascus pigment yield of Monascus anka .
