摘要 目的:探讨经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值,以提高超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率。方法:回顾分析149例经阴道超声诊断为内膜息肉,宫腔镜手术后并经病理检查的资料。结果:经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉的149例患者经病理证实符合率为89.9%(134/149),误诊率为10.1%(15/149)。声像图呈中等回声至高回声团。彩色多普勒超声显示血流信号90例(60.4%);未显示血流信号59例(39.6%),SPV:(10.0±3.7)cm/s;RI:(0.56±0.08)。结论:子宫内膜息肉声像图具有一定的特征性,经阴道超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉是一种最为简单、方便的检查,由于超声探头直接接触靶器官,图像清晰,通过鉴别诊断从而提高诊断率,为临床提供更为可靠的资料。 Objective: To study the value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps and increase the rate of diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods: 149 cases of endometrial polyps which had diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and pathology after the operation of hysteroscope were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The coincidence and misdiagnosis rate of 149 cases of endometrial polyps which had diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and pathology were respectively 89.9%(134/149) and 10.1%(15/149).Sonogram showed medium to high-level echo.90 cases of signal blood flow(60.4%) were shown and 59 cases of signal blood flow(39.6%) weren't shown by color Doppler.SPV:(10.0±3.7) cm/s;RI:(0.56±0.08).Conclusion: Sonogram of endometrial polyps is characteristic,the method of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps is the simplest and the best convenient.Increase the rate of diagnosis and provide the dependable information for clinic by differential diagnosis because the probe of ultrasound directly contact target organ and image is clear.
