阳江地区心房颤动防治现况调查分析

The investigation and analysis on prevention and cure of auricular fibrillation in Yangjiang area

目的：评价阳江地区心房颤动的防治现况。方法：分别在市区、周边农村和边远山区40~75岁人群随机进行入户调查,采用统一的调查问卷。结果：阳江地区40~75岁人群心房颤动总患病率为7.4%,市区人群患病率最高（8.6%）,其次为周边农村（7.7%）,边远山区最低（5.7%）。呈现出市区〉周边农村〉边远山区的趋势,患病率随年龄增高而增加。心房颤动患者抗凝治疗相关知识知晓率低,呈现出市区〉周边农村〉边远山区的趋势。社区卫生中心、乡镇卫生院、卫生站对心房颤动的防治和相关知识的宣传占主要地位。结论：阳江地区心房颤动防治工作亟待加强。

Objective： To evaluate the prevention and cure of auricular fibrillation in Yangjiang area.Methods： Patients were collected to be investigated whose age was 40 years to 75 years old from urban area,nearby rural regions and remote regions.They were interviewed randomly and asked information about auricular fibrillation,using the unified questionnaire.Results： The total prevalence rate of auricular fibrillation in Yangjiang area whose age was 40 years to 75 years old was 7.5%,and the rate of urban area,nearby rural regions and remote regions was 8.61%,7.7%,5.7% respectively.The knowing rate on knowledge of Anti-freezing treatment was low in the patients with auricular fibrillation,it make out the trend in urban areanearby rural regionsremote regions.The community hygiene centre,the rural hospital will take a important part in preventing and propagating the knowledge of auricular fibrillation.Conclusion： The prevention and cure of Auricular fibrillation is required to be strengthened in Yang Jiang area.
