执政风险在当代已经成为一种世界现象。现阶段中国共产党执政安全状况总体良好,但面临的执政风险不可低估。党高度重视抵御执政风险问题,把加强和改进党的建设作为抵御执政风险的基本战略。这就要坚持以科学发展观为统领,注重全面提高党抵御风险的能力,在不断化解风险中推进中国特色社会主义事业。

Ruling risk has become a worldwide phenomenon in the contemporary times. The governance of the Communist Party of China （CPC） is generally safe and sound at this stage, but the risks faced by the CPC in its rule should not be underestimated. The Party attaches great importance to the ruling risk and makes strengthening and improving the development of the Party as the basic strategy against the risk. This means that we must uphold the scientific outlook on development as the key link, lay stress on comprehensively fostering the ability to guard against this risk and advance the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the course of defusing and resolving the risks.
