摘要
目的通过现代实验学方法对疏风宣肺解毒方体内外抗流感病毒的实验观察,探讨疏风宣肺解毒方抗流感病毒的实验依据。方法接种流感病毒FM1株于MDCK细胞(狗肾细胞),观察疏风宣肺解毒方体外抗流感病毒的作用;小鼠鼻腔内接种含流感病毒的鸡胚尿囊液,观察疏风宣肺解毒方对病毒感染小鼠死亡率、存活时间、肺指数和肺病变程度的影响。结果疏风宣肺解毒方中、高剂量组对感染流感病毒MDCK细胞有一定的保护作用;疏风宣肺解毒方中、高剂量组与流感模型组比较,在降低病毒感染小鼠死亡率、延长平均存活天数方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能明显改善病毒感染小鼠的肺指数和肺病变程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论疏风宣肺解毒方具有良好的抗病毒作用。
Objective To observe experimentally the action of shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula on anti-influenza virus in vivo and in vitro with modern experimental method and explore the experimental evidence of the formula on anti-influenza virus.Methods Vaccinate influenza virus FM1 strain into MDCK cells,observe the action of shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula on anti-influenza virus;vaccinate allantoic fluid with influenza virus contained into nasal cavity of mouse,observe the impacts of shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula on death rate of virus-infected mice,survival time,pulmonary index and pulmonary disorder.Results In the middle-dose and high-dose groups of shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula,a certain protection was achieved in MDCK cells with influenza virus infected.As compared with influenza model group,the statistical significant differences presented in reducing death rate of virus-infected mice and prolonging the mean survival days in the middle-dose and high-dose groups of shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Moreover,the formula could improve remarkably in pulmonary index and pulmonary disorder of the mice with virus infection(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Shufeng xuanfei jiedu formula is good at anti-virus.
